Shipping from local (Singapore):

Currently we're running same-day free delivery in Singapore. At times, we may experience delays in logistics arrangement due to heavy rain or short of delivery driver during peak hours. We would like to seek your understanding for any inconvenience caused and we try to expedite the delivery as soon as we can.

Shipping from overseas:

Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive as it's shipped by International Sellers. If more than 45 days have passed, please email us at admin@alivesingapore.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
